1/31/2009 The Dark Holler Stomp and Musical Revue, Installment II - Midway Cafe, Jamaica Plain, MA  - The Dark Holler Stomp and Musical Revue returns for its quarterly installment at the venerable Midway Cafe. This show assembles underground roots rockers from all over New England for a night of semi-acoustic celebration where the bucolic meets the macabre. There will be fiddles and Fenders, tambourines and tube amplifiers, all assembled in a consonance as distinct as it is disparate. Yes, friends, it’s a big tent but that’s why it’s a form of music alternately known as "Americana".
